Duties & Responsibilities

You will provide administrative support to the CR Team and be responsible for the following tasks:

Responsible for updating content on internal and external Corporate Responsibility webpages.

Responsible for social media postings in relation to CR activity.

Responsible for preparation and communication of fundraisers – prepare posters, collection boxes and coordination of collectors across all offices.

Responsible for counting and tracking monies raised for fundraisers.

Support for IWish Conference.

Support for team with volunteer programmes – Garda Vetting application process.

Support team with graduate recruitment events – DDUC, campus events and insight days.

Support CR team in planning and organising IMPACT Day for intern/co-op group and for the wider firm IMPACT Day (May, July and September events).

Responsible for compilation of IMPACT Day surveys and reports.

Coordinate meeting rooms and catering and responsible for taking minutes at meetings as necessary.

Attend relevant external CR workshops and events - to ensure Deloitte content and activity is up to date with current trends and activity.

Management of CR mailboxes as well as post and filing.


Qualifications and Knowledge


Potential candidate to have an interest in Corporate Responsibility, preferably having a passion in volunteering and fundraising activity. Other areas of experience that would be beneficial: communications, event management and administrative support.

Knowledge of business operations and corporate responsibility issues and trends that are relevant to Irish companies as well as internationally.
