Human Resources Generalist

AWC`s HR department has a exciting job opportunity available for a strong graduate who is looking to further their career in a diverse and multicultural company. The candidate will have outstanding organisational skills and an ability to build collaborative working relationships throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

-Provide day to day, operational HR support to the HR Business Partners
-Populate various HR databases and systems, ensuring they are updated in a timely and accurate manner
-Proactively resolve employee queries
-Proactively manage various administrative processes including, but not limited to:
-New starter set up
-Leaver process
-Probationary process
-Work permit
-Annual leave
-Statutory leave
-Support continuous improvement of HR practices and processes
-Support the production of regular management information and reports
--Support the development and maintenance of effective HR policies and procedures
-Ensure all HR administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner
-Provide support and input on project work streams
-Build strong working relationships with employees and managers
Undertake any other reasonable ad hoc duties in order to support the HR department

Experience Required
-At least 1 year`s experience in a Human Resources role in a fast paced environment, preferably in an international, financial services corporate
-Degree qualified in a Human Resources or related discipline and / or working towards a post graduate qualification in Human Resources
-Knowledge of Irish and / or European employment legislation
-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and -PowerPoint
